At Darshni Silks, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, please review the following return and refund policies carefully.

What Can I Return?

• You may return unused, unworn, brand-new items in their original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted on:

  • Pre-ordered products

  • Customized items (stitched blouses, gowns, lehengas, sarees with fall/pico)

  • Items on final sale or promotional discount

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not include open delivery.

• COD is not available for lehengas, gowns, and customized items.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

• Returns must be received at our warehouse within 7 working days of approval.

• Returns without original packaging, tags, or invoice will not be accepted.

• Items returned must pass a quality check before any refund is initiated.

How to Request a Return

1. Order Number

2. Product Code

3. Reason for return

4. Clear photo of the product

We will get back to you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Return Charges

• Shipping is free within India for orders.

• For returns:

  • The customer bears the return shipping cost.

  • Products must be shipped with valid tracking info.

• No reverse pickup is arranged from our end.

Damaged / Wrong / Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will either:

  • Replace the product (subject to availability)

  • Offer a store credit

• Alterations will be provided free of cost in case of incorrect customization, if possible.

• If alteration isn’t possible, a replacement or alternate item of equal value will be offered.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• Refunds take approximately 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

• Store credit is also available as an alternative refund option.

Exchange Policy

• You may exchange your item in-store or via website (based on availability).

• Exchanges take:

  • 5–7 days within India

  • Up to 10 days for international orders

• Used products are not eligible for exchange.

Color Variation Disclaimer

While we aim to provide accurate product images, slight color variations may occur due to:

• Lighting during photography

• Screen/display settings

• Iridescent or deep shades like royal blue, dark green, pinks, purples, or off-whites

These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
