Refund

Refunds are only processed for products returned in unused, original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice intact. Products that are customized, stitched, or altered are not eligible for refund.

Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. In case of COD orders, refunds are issued via store credit or bank transfer upon request.

Delivery

We usually dispatch ready-to-ship items within 48 hours of order confirmation. Pre-orders and custom-stitched products may take 7–15 days depending on the work required.

  • Within India: 6–7 working days

  • International: 15-20 working days (customs clearance may affect duration)

Once shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

Shipping & Returns

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • International shipping charges vary based on destination and weight.

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer.

Returns are accepted within 7 working days of delivery for unused, undamaged items. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at darshnisilks.com@gmail.com with the order number, product code, reason, and a product photo.

  • Customized or stitched items (e.g. fall & pico, stitched blouses, bridal lehengas)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage

Payment

We accept all major payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • UPI & Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (within India for selected products only)

All transactions on our website are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

COD is not available on:

  • Pre-orders

  • Bridal lehengas or gowns

  • International orders
    Also, COD does not allow open delivery or inspection before payment.
